The Process
Big Helping taught me a lot about layouts and understanding briefs set. I was tasked in this brief to assist with work on the website for their new side business. Big Helping have a wall of ideas dedicated to the new website they have been working on and wanted me to take from this and come up with a few ideas to present to them. Their vision for the site involved abstract shapes and the use of bold colours.
I came up with a few design ideas for the main page as this was the page I was tasked to design. While the design fit the brief the team helped me in realising a few errors that were made while working on the brief. For example: Some of the abstract shapes created were still a bit too detailed and the colours weren't exactly what they had in mind.

From there we worked together and decided upon a colour scheme. This consisted of two bold colours which were used to create explanatory animations for the website. The final homepage layout was a clean background with bold coloured animations. The illustrations were created in a step by step format to understand how each shape would animate.
